525 Church St, Commercial Office Tower

HOF Electrical is currently engaged on the 525 Church Street development in Richmond, a high-performance commercial office building incorporating retail space, end-of-trip facilities, basement parking, and a full tenancy fit-out for Services Australia. The project has been designed to achieve 5 Star NABERS, 5 Star Green Star Buildings v1, and PCA A Grade standards, with a strong focus on sustainability, efficiency, and long-term operational performance.
The scope includes authority connection and metering, installation of the main switchboard and distribution boards, submains, containment systems, and full power and lighting infrastructure throughout the building. A KNX lighting control system is being implemented to support advanced lighting management and energy efficiency. The works also include a standby generator system with load management to ensure operational resilience and continuity of supply.
Additional services include fire detection and occupant warning systems (including smoke detection and EWIS), structured communications infrastructure (fibre and Cat6a NBN-compliant cabling), CCTV, electronic access control, and MATV systems, all integrated to support a fully coordinated smart building environment.
HOF Electrical is also responsible for testing, commissioning, and certification of all electrical and associated systems, working closely with the head contractor and project stakeholders to ensure full compliance and seamless integration across all building services.
