HOF Electrical completed the scope of works, ensuring the site was electrically safe and coordinating with Ausnet for the installation of a new kiosk substation, conduit reticulation, consumer mains cabling, site switchboard setup, and metering.
The team also liaised with Telstra and other providers for telecommunications lead-ins and delivered all telecommunications and DAS infrastructure, including external conduits and internal pathways.
Electrical works included the supply and installation of site and building main switchboards, essential, non-essential, and UPS distribution boards, power to mechanical and fire services, mains and submains cabling, cable supports, a standby generator, and a UPS system with 60-minute autonomy.
General power systems covered lift services, security, hydraulics, EV chargers, and fixed equipment. Lighting installations included general and controlled lighting, along with computer-monitored emergency and exit systems. Additional works comprised structured cabling, MATV, lightning protection, EMS, solar PV, DAS, and a radio system.
The project also involved electrical and telecommunications earthing, trenching/backfilling, and coordination with security, AV, and Victoria Police ICT for power and data requirements.
