HOF delivered a fully integrated electrical services solution for a large-scale residential development at 147–161 Elizabeth Street, Richmond, ensuring seamless delivery from design through to commissioning across all building systems.

HOF Electrical was engaged to provide end-to-end electrical services across a complex, multi-building development incorporating residential, commercial, and basement infrastructure. The project demanded a fully coordinated approach across design, installation, compliance, and commissioning to support high-density urban living standards.

The scope of works included detailed electrical design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance across two buildings ranging from four to seven storeys. This included installation of the main site switchboard and LV distribution systems, comprehensive cable reticulation and containment, and power supply to all plant and equipment. Electrical metering systems, energy-efficient lighting and control solutions, and full earthing and surge protection were also delivered.

In addition, the development incorporated integrated building services systems, including NBN-compliant communications cabling, MATV distribution, security systems, and fire detection and occupant warning systems, all designed and installed in accordance with EMC compliance requirements.

HOF also managed all project documentation and close-out deliverables, including workshop drawings, O&M manuals, and as-built records, ensuring a fully tested, commissioned, and compliant electrical installation was successfully handed over.
